Ileana Lobkowicz

3G, Writer and Storyteller, House of Lobkowicz

Ileana is a writer and storyteller who grew up in Prague, captivated by the city’s magic, history, and lore. After graduating from the International School of Prague, she attended Boston College where she managed the university’s online magazine and received her BA in Philosophy in 2019. The roots of her inspiration come from her 700-year-old Bohemian noble family whose successive generations have played an influential role in European politics and society, especially as patrons of the arts.

Stephen Hecht

Co-Funder and CEO Million Peacemakers

Stephen is the co-founder and Chief Executive Peacemaker at Million Peacemakers. His professional journey, spanning over 35 years, has taken him through a broad spectrum of industries, culminating in a devotion to conflict transformation. His experiences include managing growth and recessions, conflict in private and public family businesses. His efforts were recognized when he was presented the Canada Award for Business Excellence by the Prime Minister of Canada.

Clara Sasse
G2 Dr. Sasse Group – Sales and Marketing Executive

Born in 1993 in Munich, Germany, Clara has been in charge for the Sales & Marketing as a member of the Executive Board in the 2nd Generation of the Dr. Sasse Group since January 2022. After transitioning to the Sales & Marketing board area in 2022, Clara Sasse successfully completed her MBA in Family Entrepreneurship at Zeppelin University Friedrichshafen.As a member of the Family Business Next Gen Committee, Clara actively participates in the organization and implementation of networking meetings and workshops for family businesses.

Start the Summit with an unforgettable Learning Journey!

In three days you will be Dutch-ified; from enhancing your entrepreneurship skills to challenging your taste buds with cheese & bitterballen (meatballs), experiencing Dutch camping holidaying, and developing your cycling skills. Family business visits, social activities, and overnight locations.

All Journeys:

– Focus on a major challenge for Dutch society
– Include 4 family businesses that developed worldwide and used innovations
– Have owner families with different challenges.
– Offer local social activities
– Will be hosted by 2 Dutch NxGs with different roles in their Family Business
